Porridge made with millet and spices
Pearl Millet , Ginger, Cloves and dry Chilli pepper,
Mix two tablespoon of Asali Hausa koko mix with small quantity of water to get a paste.,
Boil 400ml of clean water.
Pour the hot water onto the paste and stir continuously.
Add the desired amount of honey to taste.
For extra touch of luxury add milk.
